Use of Services Prohibited Activities: You may not use the platform for illegal activities, unauthorized data scraping, spamming, or violating intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionalities on our platform are protected under UK and UAE intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

UK Users: Liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 1 to 12 months (depending on subscription).
UAE Users: Liability is governed by DIFC/ADGM laws and capped at service fees paid.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Termination results in loss of access to all platform features and data.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

UK: Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved in UK courts.
UAE: Governed by UAE law. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Dubai or applicable courts.
